He moved to the United States where he worked as a research scientist at Wellman Center for Photomedicine for two years before going back to his home institute at Cairo University.

In 2019, she has granted a scholarship in Vall d’Hebron Institute, Spain for nano-targeting breast CSCs. She have 27 published papers (ISI journal).
